Welcome to the website of the La Malle des Bardes organization 😀
Founded in 2019 by Francis Grandrémy, it brings together art and culture enthusiasts who are keen to make the creations of artisans/artists from Cergy and elsewhere, in France or abroad, accessible to as many people as possible, through quality cultural, fun and educational events… A social dimension is also making its way through certain artistic missions.
In particular, we want to offer shows throughout the year by taking the opposite view of aging associations that repeat themselves and promote amateur artists less and less. It benefits from the broad experience of our active members.
« La Malle des Bardes » means « The Chest of the Bards » / « The Chest of Bards ».
Some numbers :
In december 2024, its founder has 5 festivals and more than 600 events to his credit – mainly concentrated between 2018 and 2024 – including more than 400 with the association since September 2019. Another member, for example, has more than 30 years of experience. stage management and sound engineering. More and less young, our active members all have some successful experience of co-organizing events.
Currently, the Malle des Bardes is more than 100 events per year.
We want to reach 250 events / year in 2026 in Cergy and elsewhere between here, and why not countries on the African and American continents to name but two.
Suffice to say that we will need heads and arms to get there!
To become a member, the only constraint is to be co-opted.
To become a volunteer, simply respond to the call for volunteers at each big event.
In both cases: accept the charter of good conduct.
